We moved to the area with 0 furniture and Randy was able to corral all of my ambitious ideas and deliver a modern sophisticated design for our open concept living/dining/office. Starting with a blank canvas was overwhelming for me but I trusted Randy and I’m so thankful I did. I even had fun during the process instead of worrying.They have so much more than what’s on the show floor and Randy was more than happy to pull me numerous options within my price range. He came to my home, measured and went back to the office to work his magic. Every item that we’ve picked together is a beauty.I’ve felt like family since the moment I stepped through the door. “My wife and I visited the Montgomery highway location of you establishment in Dothan Al to purchase a new bed. Mrs Natalia was our salesperson and she did a great job. This lady is truly an asset to this company. She was patient with us and let us look the over the whole store and make our decision without any influence or hard sale pressure. She helped us in making a decision on the type of mattress that suited us best and just did her job. It was nice to deal with someone so down to earth that didn't blow sunshine up your butt for a dollar. We will be back for more in the future as long as we can deal with Natalia.”

“The staff was very professional, but the Company needs to get the computer systems upgraded. The system had latency that mad it difficult to get the purchase in. The Box store was great, but he Main Company needs to do better for their sales staff. It would have been much easier to order online myself, but want to keep the local stores in business. Corporate help your sales staff...”

I called the store and Amanda was able to locate my order. She called Uttermost and had the replacement globe mailed to us. “Dixie was my salesperson…she was great! The delivery guys were great! I called to check the status of my delivery the day prior & the day of bc there was an issue dealing with my address. I spoke with Linda both times and she has a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE! Luckily a gentleman named Billy got on the phone and de-escalated the issue. It was ridiculous how nasty her attitude was just because I was asking simple questions about my delivery. She either needs to be trained on how to talk to people or fired!”

“I rented washer& dryer combo and given great deal. Unfortunately I have fallen short on payment and had to get them pick up the washer and dryer until i get financially able to get the washer and dryer back which i was told when picked up that i would have the opportunity get the exact same washer and dryer back soon as I could afford to pick up the payments again. Which I plan to do that soon”
