The staff is friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to assist customers. Employees like Dawson, Cheri, Tammy W., and Tristen are praised for their patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Tristen, in particular, was appreciated for her help with design ideas and her effort to lower costs. During a recent Labor Day sale, the appliance counter staff made shopping easy and enjoyable. Customers find the store to be a typical Lowe’s experience, but with staff who are nicer and more willing to help than in larger stores. Overall, Lowe’s provides helpful service and a good shopping experience for home improvement needs.
Mike Conrad took exceptional care of us when we had an issue with a hot water heater that we purchased. Only one in stock (48 Gallon short) had some cosmetic issues and he gave me a discount so that I didn't have to wait too long to get it done. He is a super nice and friendly guy.
