“We were very impressed with the customer service at Mattress USA. Mona Lisa was very knowledgeable about all the bedding they have to offer. She answers all the questions my husband had and that’s a lot because he is in sales. We went with the PACIFIC PALISADES PHOENIX LUX FIRM KING Mattress BY AIRLOOM. They delivered it and took my old one out of my way. It is plush pillow top feel but firm enough for good support. I absolutely love it!!! Also got the Weekender memory foam pillows and they are perfect for our head support. Your head sinks right in like a cloud but holds your neck straight.
Customer service communication was great as well. Called when our mattress came in to set up time of delivery. Then they called before they delivered it to the house. Made sure they had what we needed to be delivered. Great experience all the way around. Go to Mattress USA first. We are glad we did! They are locally owned and operated. “My husband and I had a really awesome experience at Good Morning mattress yesterday. Kevin greeted us and after some chatting, we immediately knew we chose the right place. Kevin listened intently to what my husband and I want out of a mattress (after years of struggling to find a good mattress that fits both of our needs). Initially we came in assuming we would need 2 separate beds but Kevin, with his extensive knowledge and yearssss of experience, knew exactly what we needed.
