“My boots finally bit the dust and were leaking. Called ahead and explained that my feet are soaking wet due to the weather and failed boots and I needed a replacement pair. I provided the model number and size and the associate pulled them and had them ready at the counter for me. I was worried I was gonna have to drive all over town in the middle of a storm looking for replacements. They made it painless.”
