“I ordered a new iPhone about a week ago and I am a bit technologically inept in my middle age. Took me forever to set it up, and then over the weekend it went crazy after updating and somehow became “unavailable” and disabled. I’ve been to the store 4-5 times over the course of the last week and have been assisted by several people, 4 of whom have been absolutely stellar: Nick, Phylicia, Selah, and Deshon. Selah and Deshon even stayed 20 minutes after closing to help get my phone reactivated tonight, without complaining even once. It seems simple and mundane, but these days, not having a working phone can have huge implications and can be somewhat risky when you’re needing to be home by yourself with small children. I am so thankful for the folks at T-mobile for all of their help over the past week, for having encouraging attitudes (and for encouraging me when my attitude was less than encouraged) and for letting my little one color on sticky notes tonight while my phone was being stubborn to activate. Thank you all for your kindness and great customer service!”
