I wanted to start a new line of service & she did everything in her power to make sure my family & I had the best bang for our buck! I told her exactly what we needed & she exceeded our expectations! She had us up & running in no time with the exact phones we were expecting! They had everything we needed in stock including phone cases & screen protectors! Everyone in the store was super friendly & helpful!”

“3 years in dothan I been to a few others repair shops and this place as so kind and very quick for things that I thought was impossible to repair they have definitely proved me wrong being a mom of kids on the spectrum. Also, this man has done more than kept his patience and been kind and answered questions and provided reassurance without hesitation to even show any type of frustration, irritation or anything like that I highly recommend this place and I will most definitely be back in the near or for future for anything that we may need. “So I'll start by sharing that ive been with metro pcs since Miami very beginning. I have tried tmobile and Verizon never satisfied and continued to remain a loyal customer and yes they like anywhere can make mistakes but mine have all been paid or made worth the time. I have multiple lines with lower bills then most family with 1 line. Brandy at this location in particular is the absolute best. New apple 17e new samsung 25s moto z etc home internet and so much more try them out you won't be disappointed. Tell them Rich Money sent you!”
