A check engine light would appear intermittently. Their representative did some diagnostic testing. He actually stated it was fine. The car wasn't running lean. He was very professional. Some places act like they have to give birth to assist you. We'll be returning

Last night, I got pulled over by the police for my tag light being out. On my way home from work I stopped by O'Reilly to purchase some bulbs and a plastic wrench; YouTube videos told me I needed to replace bulbs. Richard and Caleb greeted me in and Richard was very attentive to my needs. Not only did Richard help me find the correct bulbs but he also save me money by replacing the bulbs for me. I did not have to purchase the plastic wrench. Caleb also assisted Richard with replacing the tag light bulbs. I am very grateful for they assistance and recommend anyone to stop at this establishment for your auto needs. Thank you guys so much

Had been looking for a part for a while and Mr.Ronald helped me , he also answered all calls and other customers while it seemed like the other employees where in back having a good time laughing and talking .. No one helped him the entire time I was in store ... Mr Ronald is great and his customer service is awesome ? ?
