“Hannah was polite and very helpful. When I made my reservation online, U-haul didn't inform me that I needed to download the app. No problem, Hannah pulled up my info and helped me get checked in. Even when I needed to keep the truck for an extra day, she was polite about it and made it easy to accomplish. She even directed us to where we could purchase something that we were looking for. I'm glad that the original pick up location didn't have the truck size that I needed and I had to go there. They also have really cool things in their shop. A lot of vintage items. I would definitely go back there. The truck was cool as well, it had aliens on it. 😁”

“Fixed the issue. But... Called ahead they didn't listen. Dragged their feet diagnosing exactly what I told them, by that time it was too late to get the part. Fixed it by noon the next day. Left with the truck and new alternator oonstalled. Apparently tripped a fuse. Had no power to the dash. Over the phone they were clueless as to what could possibly have happened..... Husband Fixed himself with Google. Not wasting another 2 days for them to diagnose etc. Nice guys. Turtle speed.”
