“From day one Hunter was polite, easy to talk to and deal with. Rented a regular unit and a climate controlled one for two months as we just moved to Dothan from Jacksonville Florida. I highly recommend this facility for short or long term storage.”
“5/24 updated review- I reposted my review. I noticed it didn’t post because I could not see it.3/20- Came in last minute to Storage Master on Saturday because Uhaul had us all messed up. We had reserved a truck but found out they confused our Saturdays. They had NO truck for us. Frustrated we took a chance to stop in at storage master. It was busy we got in line and had to wait. Noticed the gal with long brown hair was the only one working at the counter Saturday. She had a line but was smiling and talked to everyone taking her time with each customer. We had a Penske and storage master customers ahead of us. It was a wait but she was working alone. We thought we ain’t getting a Penske last minute on a busy Saturday. BUT y’all! We got one! Miss Kelley went above and beyond to help us get in one. We also got information from her about possibly renting out two storage units. She personally took us around to show us three units. In between helping us out Kelley brought carts to customers who needed them. She stopped to help a lady who couldn’t close her unit. Our grandson was with us and he didn’t have anything to drink. Miss Kelley gave him her own unopened water bottle and offered him a snack. We ended up not needing those units. But we were very impressed how attentive,friendly, accommodating she was to our family. She showed my husband how to print online coupons if we need a storage unit in the future. We noticed customers stopping by the office to say hi and chat with her. Her customers like her. We can see why. We like her too. She is a gem. We were highly satisfied with her great customer service. We will definitely come back if we need a storage unit or Penske truck. We highly recommend Storage Master! What a great experience with a hard working gal.”
“Best used and new furniture store around!!! They have everything from dressers, mattresses, chairs, couches, coffee tables and even paintings! Went in for a dresser yesterday after looking at multiple stores and antique shops and found an incredibly beautiful dresser here for a very affordable price. The lady that cashed me out was super nice and the gentleman there was so accommodating in helping us look for what we were looking for and then actually helped us haul the dresser to our truck. Definitely going to be our new furniture store!”

“The manger here, Ms. Fran is amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure i was fully taken care of and has such a kind and caring heart. I think i told her 3x's how nice she was... it's sad that people just aren't that way anymore but this young women takes the cake. I was frantically searching for a small unit and this was the only one in town i found that wasn't astronomically priced and she got me set up right away. The grounds are always well kept and the area is in a great part of time as well as lit up very bright at all hours. I feel 100% at ease knowing that my belongings were stored here.”

“Overall great experience. Purchased a 40' HC used shipping container. Jake always answered our calls, provided pics before hand, and worked with us on a specific delivery window since area was remote. Weather caused some delays and Maurice had a tough time initially with our poor road. But once we had that fixed, Jake was accommodating and was able to get Maurice back out to us with short notice on a Friday. Price compared to other quotes was reasonable with delivery. No surprises and we are very happy with our interactions with Mobile Attic and purchase.”

“Grant and his wife did an above excellent job they were caring and supportive made me smile an laugh I truly enjoy them I really need that kindness I had firefights kicked in my bedroom door screaming fire I was in a deep sleep from pure exhaustion I awoke went to climb out of bed only for my feet to land on the floor in deep water thank God no fire but unfortunately the fire alarm sprinkle unknown cause went off flooding my whole apartment everything I had was soaked in water I took a huge loss and I'm temporarily homeless well my apartments getting repaired thank God my mom and stepdad are letting my husband three black cats an myself stay a few days till we hear from the insurance adjuster which is going to take a few days I'm grateful for my mom but I'm a mess all my clothes are ruined I'm broke my jacket got ruined I have no jacket it's cold I have a black bath robe I wore tget the uhaul that we needed cause we had to move everything out of the apartment Grant was so nice to me he didn't judge me for looking a total mess he took good care of us God bless him he deserves an award and a ride grants wife too I'm sorry I'm bad with names there should be more people in this world like them I appreciate how caring they were about my situation so understanding thank you to Grant and his beautiful wife for giving my husband and myself the best service I will recommend uhaul to everyone I know and everyone to my church harvest in Dothan thank God for Grant and his lovely wife uhaul you have the best employees thank you uhaulim so grateful for your help”
