This is the worst experience i have ever had getting a truck .. They made the reservation for the wrong time .. Get to the location it was made for a different location.. Drove to that location it wasn’t schedule till 3 .. Go back and truck isn’t gonna be there .. Called back the csr hung up on me .. Called back and then she refused to give her name .. Finally got a truck 4 hrs later .. No compensation nothing at all ..

Grant and his wife did an above excellent job they were caring and supportive made me smile an laugh I truly enjoy them I really need that kindness I had firefights kicked in my bedroom door screaming fire I was in a deep sleep from pure exhaustion I awoke went to climb out of bed only for my feet to land on the floor in deep water thank God no fire but unfortunately the fire alarm sprinkle unknown cause went off flooding my whole apartment everything I had was soaked in water I took a huge loss and I'm temporarily homeless well my apartments getting repaired thank God my mom and stepdad are letting my husband three black cats an myself stay a few days till we hear from the insurance adjuster which is going to take a few days I'm grateful for my mom but I'm a mess all my clothes are ruined I'm broke my jacket got ruined I have no jacket it's cold I have a black bath robe I wore tget the uhaul that we needed cause we had to move everything out of the apartment Grant was so nice to me he didn't judge me for looking a total mess he took good care of us God bless him he deserves an award and a ride grants wife too I'm sorry I'm bad with names there should be more people in this world like them I appreciate how caring they were about my situation so understanding thank you to Grant and his beautiful wife for giving my husband and myself the best service I will recommend uhaul to everyone I know and everyone to my church harvest in Dothan thank God for Grant and his lovely wife uhaul you have the best employees thank you uhaulim so grateful for your help

The manager there went above and beyond to correct a mistake that was my fault. I had asked for them to send the deposit by mail, but changed my mind after the agreement was finalized. He was absolutely a blessing because I needed to rent another truck the next day. So he fixed it so I could use the deposit money again for the next rental. I am extremely thankful that he went out of his way to fix that for me. Would definitely recommend this location!

I would recommend it to everyone!!! The u-Haul I got was excellent. What a wonderful pic and the employees at my pick up location or super friendly and helpful. I had an awesome experience.

Customer service was excellent, truck was excellent, price for 2 day was excellent except for all the excess charges, ,the $19.99/day quickly turned into over $100.00
I believe that's a little on the side of false advertising.
$0.89 cents a mile is a bit excessive.
Total for 24 hrs wasn't even clear close to $19.95, it was $112.10

Do not rent from this place. I am currently at another location trying to sort this out because of the lies this location told me and my wife. First, they didn't have the rental that was verified the day before, second we were contacted by uhaul concerning the "rental distribution program " and were given an incentive to haul a trailer for uhaul which should have given us a rebate for our rental instead they tried to charge us. Fourth, He tried to say that "they won't charge you until you return it". This is a flat out lie. You will be charged immediately. And finally and the biggest issue in my opinion. After I declined insurance coverage He SPUN THE TERMINAL AROUND AND CHANGED MY SELECTION AND CHARGED US 45.00 for insurance. That said hopefully you will get lucky and deal with Wendy. She was helpful. Unfortunately as for anyone else I've delt with there If they tell you that the sky is blue make sure to check for yourself they have no integrity, work ethic and would lie to your face if they would bother to look at anything besides their cell phone.

The customer care team was very informative and professional. They were quick to resolve any issues and were very thankful for each customer awaiting their rental. We will be going back to this location as we were very pleased with all the team members and their work ethic and teamwork.

Reservation wasn't ready for time of pickup at 7:30am. Already been here over 20 minutes waiting on customer service to pickup. It was first available for pickup in Ozark, then moved to Dothan. Dothan was an extra 20 minute drive for us. Very unhappy with this experience as I've been a customer that has been dealing with U-Haul for a while now. This is a first, and hopefully a last. Put us way behind schedule.

Hire more help, so that customers can smoothly transition. There is absolutely no reason why it should've taken myself and husband over an hr and 15 minutes just return our truck!

Guy tried to charge 500 for crack that was in the vehicle when we got it tried in every way to upcharge us for anything and everything he could come up with and took forever to check in or out I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst enemy non friendly and very much arrogant and spiteful!

Last week I stopped at the Dothan uhaul and was very impressed how clean and organized the store was from when I went in there previously! The manager David was very helpful on getting prices on things I needed! He had great customer service. I definitely will be doing future business with Dothan Uhaul! Thank you David!

Gary, I believe his name was, the best mover and shaker around.
Absolutely the best in customer service. Man this guy made everything happen when my reservation fell through bc someone didn’t return their truck on time. They have the best hours to assist customers. The delivery and the drop off was easy and effortlessly thanks to the Man behind the counter, and using all resources to get me a truck so I could move my belongings
