  why doesn't anyone answer the phone at this post office? It's after 1:30, I tried calling when you opened and again now, and no one ever answers the phone. There's no excuse for this level of incompetence. I don't care what government agency you work for.

  At the time I went there was no line which is very unusual for the post office
