If 50 people worked at this location, why out of 6 or 7 people I spoke with, one was rude and the other was one to semi not be reasonable. All within four days. They get you pretty quick and the people are very very nice

I had a home package pickup on Saturday and as of Tuesday morning, it still showed “pre shipment.” I called and talked to Alicia and she said she would check into it. A couple of hours later she called back and had located the package scan information for me, which was a relief. She was very helpful and I am appreciative.
