Had a small wait in line, but the service was great. Micheal was very knowledgeable and resolved my bill questions quickly. I have been to the other Verizon store in Dothan, and I will definitely be coming back to this store for my Verizon needs.

KEITH is the best asset verizon could ask for!! He was so helpful and even came in on his off day to help my husband and I transfer from Mint mobile to Verizon! He is very professional and answered all my questions! 10/10 experience with KEITH!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
