“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Brittany and her entire staff. They quite literally gave our Riley a fighting chance when we were traveling through Alabama and desperately needed help. Riley had been treated by our veterinarian back in Georgia, but unfortunately, he was misdiagnosed and the treatment he had been receiving was actually making him sicker. By the time we found Dr. Brittany, Riley was septic and extremely ill. We were terrified and honestly didn't know what was going to happen. We were incredibly fortunate that they were able to squeeze Riley in for an appointment. Dr. Brittany and her staff immediately went to work, running the tests and doing the thorough investigation that was needed to figure out what was really happening. They didn't just treat the symptoms—they worked to find the underlying problem and gave him the care and support he needed to start fighting his way back. We actually had to extend our stay in the area so Riley could remain under their care through the weekend. As difficult as that was while traveling, it gave us an incredible sense of peace knowing he was exactly where he needed to be. They even allowed us to visit him after hours, which meant more to us than they probably realize. Being able to see him, talk to him, and know that he was being cared for by people who genuinely cared about him helped us get through some very scary days. Riley is now nursing his way back to health, and we are so incredibly grateful to Dr. Brittany and every member of her staff. They treated Riley like he was their own, and they treated us with compassion, patience, and understanding throughout the entire process. Sometimes you find the right people at exactly the right moment. We were just passing through, but we will forever be grateful that we found this veterinary team. ❤ If you are looking for a veterinarian who truly cares, listens, investigates, and goes above and beyond for their patients, we cannot recommend Dr. Brittany and her staff highly enough. They are truly amazing! 🐾❤”

“I have been coming here for over a year now for my two service dogs, they have not only treated me like family and with great respect but my dogs as well! They have been extremely thorough in treatment plans when needed and have offered me multiple ways to do them. The prices I would say or more than fair and they offer a military discount which they love their past and current service members! The staff at the front desk I must say are extremely nice and knowledgeable and are there to help you and your pet feel comfortable! I cannot say enough about them and would HIGHLY recommend them as I have many times before as THE vet to go to!”

“We were first time customers and Dr. Duke and the whole staff were patient and caring for our dog. It was not an easy introduction but they handled it so well. I would highly recommend Dr. Duke.”

“We were on vacation in Dothan, and our blue heeler injured his leg. The only vet we could find to see him the same day was Dothan Animal Hospital. They even called us back because they had a cancellation and could see our pup sooner than the original appointment time. The receptionists were friendly, and the vet who saw our pup was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. If we lived in Dothan, this would be my go-to vet practice. Thank you for making my Jasper feel better!”

“We needed some flea and tick medicine for our dog. The lady was very helpful and even told us about a rebate on the drug that resulted in an even bigger saving on the 6 month supply”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wasn’t even a client of this office. I was on my way to my regular vet when I found myself in a situation with my cat that had become overwhelming and honestly frightening. I called this office from their parking lot, crying and asking if someone could please help me. Without hesitation, one of their staff members came outside with a carrier and helped me when she absolutely did not have to. She was calm, kind, compassionate, and exactly the person I needed in that moment. I genuinely don’t know how I would have gotten through that situation without her. I went back today with a small thank-you gift, and when she told me, “You didn’t have to do this,” my response was, “No, YOU didn’t have to.” That is exactly why I wanted to leave this review. While we were talking, a man suddenly came through the door asking for help because he thought his dog was dying. Before my eyes, she immediately jumped into action to help him—just as she had done for me. I can’t speak from experience about being a regular client here, but I can speak about the incredible kindness and compassion I received from this particular member of their staff. She helped a scared stranger in a parking lot simply because I needed help. I will never forget what she did for me. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough for the kindness she showed me. ❤️”

“South Park Vet is the very definition of a down home Vet! Their service and care are second to none. They serve all sorts of animals, but I use them exclusively for my dogs and cats. What I love best is that they are very up front about the options and price for any care that is needed. They do not up sell and are extremely honest about what care they reccomend and will go with whatever you choose. They are by far the most affordable vet in the area, however their services are absolutely top quality! I will not take my animals anywhere else!”

“The staff were phenomenal and super sweet! I appreciated that I was taken back right on time for my appointment and I didn't have to wait long before seeing the vet. She was efficient and sweet to my pup, and we were in and out in 15 minutes. It's clean and the pricing isn't bad either. I'm happy to have found the perfect vet for my babies!”
