“Can I tell you how difficult it is to impress me with amazing service??There are some beautiful people in this world.Metro!!! (Yeraldin & Lyndsay)Having a difficult day... Not happy to drive any extra miles.... But boy am I glad I did. This location of Metro: clean! bright! friendly! [weird led lights: no biggie]Did I mention super courteous ladies?Rarely will hear me say "take my money"... But I would have paid triple tonight. That's how impressive the service was.Do I have any complaints?1) Well, they saved me money on my purchase and service without asking permission??What the ham sandwich!2) Well, they did remind me that I had plenty of time to drive, activate, and make my decision. Not to worry, they said they were (and they proved it) there for me.What the deuce!Wait. You are both extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable of the products and promotions, but most of all.... They were both very kind to me.And in this world... That's a rare gem.(Mr. Metro, these ladies deserve a raise. You don't know how much we appreciate them!)”

But due to josh's hard work and quick turnaround it wasn't even necessary josh had the materials quote and submittals back to me in an impressive 3 days. and I turned my bid in on time. Thank you josh Carmichael and thank you inline for taking care of a customer for life.”

“If I could, I would give 100 stars! Devon at the Gardendale location is truly the best! If you want it done right, PLEASE go see Devon. He always has a very positive attitude, he never rushes you and most importantly he makes sure you as the customer understands what’s going on no matter the situation. I’ve witnessed this young man multitask and serve multiple customers at one time, and he even fought tooth and nail to help a customer get an issue fixed on their account, all while I was just simply purchasing a new phone. I literally drive past multiple Cricket Wireless stores just for Devon, his level of knowledge and phenomenal customer service. Cricket Wireless, give this man a RAISE and keep him at all cost!”

“Carlos was amazing in what he does respectful and understanding can't find customer service like this anymore! 10+++++++ Carlos helped me right from the moment I walked in the store. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood my plan. He also helped me with connecting my phone to my car. I am not very technically savvy so I very very much appreciate his help. Carlos treated me like his family. I had a a lot of anxiety going into the store and he was a blessing to me. Thank you Carlos!”

“I went into Metro with a completely busted phone — the screen was glitching, opening and closing apps on its own, and I couldn’t really use it anymore. I’d also just moved and had a lot of other bills to handle, so getting a new phone wasn’t really in my budget. Jackie and Tanita were honestly amazing. They were cool, down-to-earth, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. They didn’t treat me like just another sale — they asked the right questions, looked over my account, and found me the best possible deal for my situation. They even took the time to transfer my number and set up my new phone perfectly. It’s rare to meet people who are that real and helpful these days. I walked out of there not only with a working phone but also with a smile. Big thanks to Jackie and Tanita at Metro for making a stressful situation easy and even enjoyable.”

“The best! I ordered the meal for 4. So much food and everything was great! If I had one complaint it would be too much protein and not enough vegetables in the moo goo gai pan. Shrimp, beef, and chicken was fresh and high quality. Egg rolls are the best in town! Only place I will pick up from now on. Definitely pick up and not an ear on site place.”
