“It's a really great place for any of your phone/electronics matters. First time we came to this store in 2024. My son turned 14 and we got him an iPhone and an Apple Watch. He still enjoys them till this day. Today we went there to get an iPhone and an Apple Watch for my daughter. The owner Sadi always provides an exceptional care for your needs and offers his professional advice. I hope my daughter will like these gifts. She is turning 14 in May 😊🥳”

“After using an Apple iPhone 13 for many years, I decided it was time to get a new one. I have always gone to the Verizon store on Highway 31 In Vestavia. There is a relaxed and pleasant climate there. I have never felt pressured about buying, And have appreciated all the help I have gotten from the techs at the store. Brandon was certain no exception. He was pleasant, pPolite and professional. He knows his business and he knew exactly how to guide me to just the right phone for me. I bought a 17 E and I am so pleased with it. If you need a phone or just want some advice about the phone, you have go to the Verizon Vestavia store. Be sure to ask for Brandon what a gentleman! #lovenewphone!”

“I had been dealing with an issue all day and spoke with five different reps over the phone with no resolution. I was honestly pretty frustrated by the time I walked into the Gardendale Verizon store. That changed as soon as I worked with Christopher Byars. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually listen and fix the problem. Christopher truly saved the day and turned the whole experience around. Highly recommend asking for him. I’ll definitely be back.”

“If I could rate this location with a 6 star review, I would. Unfortunately I forgot the store reps name (since its been a few days since I had my experience at this establishment) but she was absolutely phenomenal. Everything from her customer service, to knowledge of the company and products was tea. she helped me get the results I needed and If it weren't for the affordability aspect of at&t I would still use them as a provider, their customer service is top tier.”

“Can I tell you how difficult it is to impress me with amazing service??There are some beautiful people in this world.Metro!!! (Yeraldin & Lyndsay)Having a difficult day... Not happy to drive any extra miles.... But boy am I glad I did. This location of Metro: clean! bright! friendly! [weird led lights: no biggie]Did I mention super courteous ladies?Rarely will hear me say "take my money"... But I would have paid triple tonight. That's how impressive the service was.Do I have any complaints?1) Well, they saved me money on my purchase and service without asking permission??What the ham sandwich!2) Well, they did remind me that I had plenty of time to drive, activate, and make my decision. Not to worry, they said they were (and they proved it) there for me.What the deuce!Wait. You are both extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable of the products and promotions, but most of all.... They were both very kind to me.And in this world... That's a rare gem.(Mr. Metro, these ladies deserve a raise. You don't know how much we appreciate them!)”

“This review is specifically regarding my exceptional experience with Sidney Moore. I went in to the store to add a line ONLY!!! Mr. Moore greeted me as soon as I opened the door with a warm and welcoming smile which immediately placed me at ease. I was not looking forward to adding a line to my account because generally there are mishaps in billing. Mr. Moore was extremely patient as he LISTENED to my concerns. He allowed to me see and experience the difference in the devices as I made my careful selection. Mr. Moore explained my various options and in real time showed me what fit my expectations. While still remaining very patient Mr. Moore allowed me to ask questions as he answered in a way that made me feel valued. His “can do” demeanor throughout my time in the store was beyond what I expected. He was dedicated to service and not just a sale. I could continue but I will summarize this review with a “Heartfelt Thank You” to Mr. Moore for such an awesome experience and for the kindness he demonstrated in my visit to the Fultondale Verizon Store. L. Grant”

“If I could, I would give 100 stars! Devon at the Gardendale location is truly the best! If you want it done right, PLEASE go see Devon. He always has a very positive attitude, he never rushes you and most importantly he makes sure you as the customer understands what’s going on no matter the situation. I’ve witnessed this young man multitask and serve multiple customers at one time, and he even fought tooth and nail to help a customer get an issue fixed on their account, all while I was just simply purchasing a new phone. I literally drive past multiple Cricket Wireless stores just for Devon, his level of knowledge and phenomenal customer service. Cricket Wireless, give this man a RAISE and keep him at all cost!”
