They help me to understand all my options clearly so that I can make an informed decision about my insurance. Recently, I added somebody to my policy, and the woman there helped me over the phone (and corrected the error of requiring “first date you ever got a drivers license” that the app was asking for). I will probably stay with Allstate forever!”
