We recently visited the Enterprise Spectrum store and what a pleasant experience it was working with Kia. Went in to discuss our services and our bill with the intentions of reducing our monthly premium and off ramping the stations we don’t particularly watch. Kia was very informative and easy to work with. She provided great advice, explained the billing and helped us tremendously.
