“I had a great experience at this Verizon store on 6/23/ 2025. I was having issues activating a pre-paid Verizon phone that I purchased from a “big box retailer “. The Verizon online support was not helpful. Sean Burch , a Verizon associate at the Ozark store, was very patient and helpful even after having disconnecting issues with Verizon he started the process all over. I left with an activated phone. I’m very pleased with this young man’s customer service skills, patience, and knowledge. He even told me that pre-paid phones were not his specialty but he would do everything he knows how to do and try to solve my issues, that he did. Thank you again Sean Burch and Verizon store Ozark. I highly recommend and appreciate this associate.”
