“Y’all! After working for a groomer and only using that groomer no matter where i lived, it’s hard to find someone else that you can trust and does work pretty equivalent..well, I’ve found her! Katie and her crew did amazing on my Aussie boys! They looked so handsome and she made sure to be specific with what i wanted done to them. She was so good with them too! GO SEE HER!!”

“They didn't have the herbicide I wanted to purchase. At checkout they asked if I found everything I wanted and I explained what I was looking for. Michele looked it up and found that it was in the back then she went back there and brought it up front. I appreciate her hard work.”

“Easy to work with and helped me get my cat! Unfortunately, shortly after bringing him home, I discovered that he had fleas and an upper respiratory infection that required antibiotics. I let the shelter know so they could take the appropriate precautions and care for their other animals, and they responded very receptively and professionally. I really appreciated how willing they were to listen and address my concerns!”

“I would just like to say I had an issue with this location and the grooming department will not go in the detail, but that being said they did everything in their power to make it right and they did very, very pleased with the outcome. Thank you for taking care of the issues and I will definitely continue to use and recommend this location.”
