“I have been a loyal customer of Bryan's Pharmacy for 14 years. I love their friendly staff and their quick service... when they are available. I don't usually have any problems, which is why I am still giving them four stars.

However, last week, we were down to one vehicle and I had to wait for my husband to come home from work before I could go pick up a prescription. I took my 13-year-old with me to run in because I figured there would be a line, it was near closing time and I have mobility issues. (CMT-1A) At 5:53, he jumped out of the car and ran to the door.

Their front door was already locked. I summoned for him to get back in the car so we could get in the drive-thru lane, as they were still assisting a customer over there. Tell me why when the car in front of us pulled away at 5:59 and we were finally able to get to the widow, someone literally closed the window in our faces and walked away?!

I know Bryan's well enough to not believe that this is a commonplace occurrence, so I just went about my business, figuring that I would just try on the weekend. I pulled up to the window at 12:57 today (Saturday) - all the girls were GETTING INTO THEIR CARS and leaving. I watched Mr.Bryan himself drive by me in his truck at 12:59! I understand that it's near closing time, and it's the weekend, etc - but why post hours if you guys aren't going to respect the sign on your own door?

I have 4 different prescriptions waiting to be picked up. I guess I'll call Monday to see if y'all have a delivery service.

Maybe it's just a few measly minutes for y'all, but for someone like me, it could be a matter of breathing/having a regular heartbeat, etc. It just doesn't sit right with me. I don't want to go back to Wal-Mart, I really don't. But at least they've never closed a window in my face as I approached.

I know this is a lengthy review, but I sincerely hope that you will consider my input. Thank you.

“They are friendly, helpful and fill your prescription quickly. Even when they have to order something, they have it the next day and try to help with a 1 day supply if they can. Also have fun stuff to shop for. I just wish they still had the app.”

I don't know what's changed during the past three years but it's gotten worse and worse during this time. But it'll do in a pinch.”

Friendly staff, some go an extra mile . They have most the pharmacy related items you may need inside without an overwhelming shelf full of choices. They are very clean.
I love both my local locations especially Ms. Betty and Mr. Craig.
I like to support my local hometown pharmacy whenever I can over a chain that under staffs and seems to run their Pharmacists and staff ragged.
I also prefer to have my own Pharmacist just like I keep my own Doctor. It creates better continuity of care and creates relationships to allow them to look out for you better.”

I have never had a bad interaction with staff, prices are reasonable for a stand-alone pharmacy, the stock of products is excellent and the store is always clean and well kept.”
