I went to Progressive Pharmacy and Ms Jessica stated they didn’t carry the script but can have it ordered for me . - She went above and beyond to offer a solution and had my script filled promptly. “Generally IMO there's not a lot of really great things to say about this pharmacy. However, today I'm looking to change that. Went in and got a script filled, almost 42 bucks for 14 pills. Didn't want to pay that much but it is what it is, right. Well the young lady waiting on me at the pharmacy asked me to wait for a minute. Her name was Heidi, and I want to publicly commend her. I've never had any person working the pharmacy change out my script, she changed them from tablets, 42 bucks after GoodRx, to capsules which ended up costing me just over 6 bucks. Ms. Heidi my wallet truly thanks you. Hey Walmart, y'all need many more employees like her, interested in saving customers money. Thank you Heidi!”

He is always so kind, helpful, and professional, and before I leave, he never fails to tell me to have a great day. It may seem like a small thing, but his kindness and positive attitude truly brighten my visits.
