Ameris Bank provides excellent customer service with very efficient and friendly staff. Employees like Brook Hagler are very knowledgeable, helpful, and outstanding in assisting customers, especially after security issues like being hacked. They help to freeze accounts, stop fraudulent charges, and set up new accounts. Some customers wish the bank had additional capabilities like docu sign for remote needs. The branch in Eufaula, Alabama, has been described as wonderful.
Opening a saving account was very simple. Having funds monthly transferred from checking, was done without any problem. The experience was fast an simple. Great work!

I’m brand new to the area and decided to give Ameris a try. I was very impressed from the time I walked in the bank through the time I left.
