“This has been my bank of choice for many years. The staff is wonderful and so personable while also being professional. They go above and beyond to try and help you. The only thing that keeps me from giving this bank 5 stars is there is no easilt accessible 800 number for 24/7 customer service issues and they are quick to decline or close out your card for purchases or charges they dont recognize. This COULD be a good or MOSTLY bad and inconvenient thing, especially if you are the one making the charges and it shows up as fraudulent.”
