“These ladies are always polite and helpful. The manager Brook has been helpful in the past situations I've gotten into, very understanding and knowledgeable about her job. They all should get a raise imo.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Miss Amber, and my experience completely confirmed everything I had heard about her kindness, patience, and professionalism. She guided every step of the way with care and clarity. I am genuinely impressed by her work ethic and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service and someone they can truly trust with their money. More than anything, she's one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet.”

“This has been my bank of choice for many years. The staff is wonderful and so personable while also being professional. They go above and beyond to try and help you. The only thing that keeps me from giving this bank 5 stars is there is no easilt accessible 800 number for 24/7 customer service issues and they are quick to decline or close out your card for purchases or charges they dont recognize. This COULD be a good or MOSTLY bad and inconvenient thing, especially if you are the one making the charges and it shows up as fraudulent.”
