Ameris Bank provides excellent customer service with very efficient and friendly staff. Employees like Brook Hagler are very knowledgeable, helpful, and outstanding in assisting customers, especially after security issues like being hacked. They help to freeze accounts, stop fraudulent charges, and set up new accounts. Some customers wish the bank had additional capabilities like docu sign for remote needs. The branch in Eufaula, Alabama, has been described as wonderful.
These ladies are always polite and helpful. The manager Brook has been helpful in the past situations I've gotten into, very understanding and knowledgeable about her job. They all should get a raise imo.

Just got started there, workers are very nice and kind, and not to mention, friendly, when I first walked in, I knew this was the right place, Thanks workers for the warm welcome 💕
