“My experience was amazing. I am from Montgomery and unfortunately I had a flat tire when I arrived at the school where my daughter was playing volleyball. I called Jim Whaley Tire and they offered to come put my spare on. Luckily that was already handled. I drove over to the shop and they had a new tire put on my car before my daughter's first volleyball game was done. Everyone was so nice and the service was quick.”

“Tri-State Wrecker absolutely saved our vacation. We had a blowout in a very remote part of Alabama. Unfortunately, our spare tire requires a special set of lugnuts that wasn't in the vehicle, so we were stranded. Our insurance company could not find anyone in network, so we called Tri-State. LaJuan was fast to respond and had us picked up in no time. He was a life saver and we're very grateful. High recommend. Nice folks and very responsive.”

“Omg I feel like these guys are family now...my wife and kids were in an auto accident on our way home from vacation and they towed our car here ...I called and spoke with Mr Levi and he was so helpful and showed much concern even offered to stay open late so I could get our belongings out of our totaled car. I arrived the next day at opening and he was waiting with his partner to assist me. His partner (and I Apologize for forgetting his name) went above and beyond to help me get the trunk open with a crowbar and even got a nearby neighbor to help not only collect our belongings but the neighbor donated a camper to go on top the car so we could put all our belongings inside. Look at God...when i offered them money...They would only accept a handshake and a much needed thank you so much. Thank God there are still good men on this earth.”
