“This Dollar Tree really amazed me. It was stocked well and one of the neater ones that I've been in. There were actual stockers on the floor while I was there. Each $1 Tree is different. I found some nice little treasures at this one. The cashier was most pleasant. The stock guy, they called on him 2 or 3 times. He knows his store. He either walked straight to it or knew he didn't have it. The line was long and another cashier opened right up.”

“I visited the Dollar Tree in Hueytown on 7/4. OMG! I received the best service I've received in a long time, especially at Dollar Tree. Huge shout-out to VICTORIA for her amazing service. She greeted everyone who walked in the door, as well as built rapport with every customer. I asked her where I could find a product, and she showed me, as well as showing me all the items that were on sale. Victoria went above and beyond. I went in for one item but walked out with a shopping cart full. Please be sure to give her a shout-out for her amazing service. Victoria, keep being a blessing to people, that's where your blessings come from. You never know what a person is going through!”
“When I was preparing to check out, I witnessed another customer yelling at one of the cashiers. The customer was extremely rude and disrespectful to the cashier. I was impressed by how the cashier handled the situation. She was very respectful and handled the situation very professionally. When I reached the register, I commended her for doing a wonderful job handling the customer. Thank you, Arlesia, for demonstrating exceptional customer service.

“Managed to get in the door to buy a few things before close but I didn't realize it had gone past closing time. The staff could have been friendlier as I stopped briefly to respectfully interact with the staff but no someone was holding the door wide, silent, giving me a death stare.
Is that what "showing someone the door" means because I've seen friendlier door-stops. And I though introductions to a means to enter of exit isn't usually so subtle lol.

“Today I went into Dollar general market and was more than pleasantly surprised as a person who works retail myself I was moved to tears LITERALLY..firstly to find something like this in my community!! Everything was fronted... pulled up.. clean & crisp I knew where I was going in the store I didn't have to step over stuff.. I had to go back and give the lady at the register a BIG kudos!! The seasonal aisles were clearly defined and clean there was no mixing of clearance and seasonal or things left to sit clearly out of place you could see where the work had been done to make it shoppable I could find everything I needed all the while being in awe of the dedication that the employees have to their jobs. Thank you it was truly a pleasure to shop there today. I've been to three DGs today I love them but this one EATS!!!”

“The young lady that works there usually I see her in evening time when I go in. She is very nice an sweet young lady always make sure to greet you as u come in. Unlike the older woman that works there kind of seems like a manager or someone in charge. She is always on her phone when she is checking people out she has her earbud in and is always talking on the phone instead of paying attention to her customers. Other than that pretty good place.”

“This store is usually busy in the afternoon/evening and rarely has more than 1 cashier. I still choose to go to this one even though the other D.G. in town is closer to my house. Its shelves are never fully stocked, I've pulled up mid-day and the doors were locked and no one was around. Don't believe the hours posted online and race up there at 9:30pm thinking you're going to make it. This store CLOSES at 9:00pm EVERYDAY!!”

“This was the only store in the west side of Birmingham area. It had merchandise in the isles and it overcrowded the store. There was only 1 young man working in the store. There were 4 customers in the store and the one in front of the line had many items. I put my back and left the store when he said he was working alone.”
