“Absolutely flawless service. Had a tire install scheduled during the freeze of 2024. Ordered and scheduled through Tire Rack and the tires were delayed coming from ATL (frozen roads). I called in hours after my scheduled install, they let me know the tires had just come in and that I could bring the car by whenever. Every employee had Chick-fil-A level service. Super friendly and courteous, making sure I was clear on wait time and information. When I picked up my car, a rep met me at the door with my receipt, wheel lock, and keys (Josh or Jesse, I think). It’s the little things here. Plenty of communication about when it’d be ready (very quickly) and a 4-tire install and balance done within 1.5 hours.I won’t go anywhere else now and all of my friends and family will be visiting this location for their service. Absolutely outstanding service. Possibly the best in Birmingham.”

“OK, this is gonna sound a little weird. I have not gone into this place. As a matter fact, I haven’t even talked to him for some reason I saw their sign and I saw Toyota written somewhere and I’m restoring an old Toyota supra. So I thought I’d look them up and I read these reviews.I’m 2 1/2 hours away, and when I get ready to get my supra or any of my cars worked on, I’m gonna try to bring them to these people. “I simply can’t say enough good things about this place. I stopped by on a Friday and spoke with Paul: super nice guy. They didn’t have the size I needed, but he highly recommended the Maxxis Razr A/T and said he could have them for me on Wednesday. Unfortunately, the tires didn’t show on Wednesday. The tires never made it on the truck from Nashville and it was going to be another week before they would get here. Frustrating, but stuff happens, so no big deal. Later that day, I received a call from the owner, Steve, apologizing for the delay and said he would return my deposit if I decided not to wait. Later that night, I got a text from Steve saying that he was able to find the tires cheaper from another location and that they would be here on Friday. I don’t know too many companies where the owner would get that involved and make things happen. The tires arrived on Friday as promised. Paul and Old Man Steve had them installed in no time and took the time to explain to me which tires needed more weight, why they needed more weight and where best to put them on my truck. Paul was also spot-on with his tire recommendation. Stop by and see Owner Steve, Old Man Steve, and Paul. They will definitely get you taken care of.”

He told me to hold on, there are 3 ahead of me. After a 15-20 min wait, I was in and out. They checked all of my tires, They were courteous and quick.”
