“I've always had a good experience when I use BB&T and now Truist. Nancy is the only reason I stick with this Bank. Since it's merge I've had nothing but problems with the app and thanks to Nancy she's been able to fix it. She is truly amazing without her I would go somewhere else.”
“I love Sandra! She's a lady that works here. But that's about all I like about trustmark. The app is really confusing. When you call the automated system to check your balance, you need to know your account number. Who knows their account number other than my grandmother? There are about three branches one is on Pluto, the other one is on some planet I never heard of. If you live in fairhope it's great! Tiffany is great too! Whoever hires does a good job ?”

“I love Alabama Credit Union. Always friendly and professional. This was not a fun visit. They were great but my ex-roommate apparently took the liberty of using my debit card to buy over $400.00 at various places while we were living together. She would take my card out of my wallet apparently and put it back while I was sleeping. After overdraft fees (& AL CU gave me a couple back) so far as I know she cost me about $550.00.Good bank, bad experience. Sleep with your debit card! ✌️? ??”
“I just made a deposit around 7 am when the branch was not open yet so I really cannot comment on what the business is like because there were no bankers or tellers available. All I can really say is that you here is a walk up ATM and a drive thru teller window. It is a small bank in Fairhope, but I would say Wells Fargo is a very good bank, I have banked with this bank since I first started working at 18 and lived in California.”
