I visit this Bank a lot for our work needs. I’m constantly making deposits normally through the ATM. I do occasionally go to the window, and the ladies are very friendly and I’ve always been able to help me with what I needed.

I've always had a good experience when I use BB&T and now Truist. Nancy is the only reason I stick with this Bank. Since it's merge I've had nothing but problems with the app and thanks to Nancy she's been able to fix it. She is truly amazing without her I would go somewhere else.
