I never feel like I'm inconveniencing them with my automotive "quests" and my seemingly endless questions, and more often than not, they've gone the extra mile to help. I've never had a bad experience with any team member there. Most notably, Scott has been consistently helpful and real with his answers and advice. I don't feel that I'm being sold a part just to make a sale. They are knowledgeable folks who really "give a heck" and are doing their best for their customers.”

A gentleman came outside with a machine and found some codes... he told me my gas cap was not on tight enough. That fix my problem!!! Thank you O'Reilly's... you customer representative saved me a $95 service fee that the dealership would have charged me for the same procedure!!!”
