“I love Sandra! She's a lady that works here. But that's about all I like about trustmark. The app is really confusing. When you call the automated system to check your balance, you need to know your account number. Who knows their account number other than my grandmother? There are about three branches one is on Pluto, the other one is on some planet I never heard of. If you live in fairhope it's great! Tiffany is great too! Whoever hires does a good job ?”

“I just made a deposit around 7 am when the branch was not open yet so I really cannot comment on what the business is like because there were no bankers or tellers available. All I can really say is that you here is a walk up ATM and a drive thru teller window. It is a small bank in Fairhope, but I would say Wells Fargo is a very good bank, I have banked with this bank since I first started working at 18 and lived in California.”

Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Brian assisted me knowledgeably with all of my options, and Belle was so sweet! I randomly chose this branch to walk into for information, and I walked out feeling 100% confident that I picked the right bank simply because of the people who work there. I don’t agree with the few negative reviews, it’s who people are that speaks for a company and everyone there was great.”
