The local bank staff is Fairhope friendly. As for corporate, the lobby accessibility is incorrect, no local number to contact the location ( which is what the teller recommended) and the local and 800/888 numbers are all incorrect.

Awesome customer service. Nice to have a hometown bank where you know the people who work there. They have helped me in a variety of business dealings and also issues with estates after the passing of a loved one. Highly recommend.
