“Update: June 2026. It's been 2 years since my last review update. I am surprised to see this facility still with such a low star rating—and I continue to be shocked by the negative (and some even blatantly racist) reviews about Kim... Ms. Kim is hands-down one of the best phlebotomists I have ever had... and I've been 'stuck' by many different people at many different places over the last 20 years (as a hypothyroid & also cancer patient). Kim has always been polite to me. I've had a draw here by two other women as well and they were also GREAT, but I can't remember their names.
All the staff here are friendly and I have never had to wait terribly long for my SCHEDULED appointments. The self check-in procedure at the kiosk is very simple—but for my last two visits I've just used the online check-in feature and waited in my car until I get a text message to come inside. Today, I waited about 15 minutes in my car and maybe another 5 or 10 min inside (and I was actually 10 min late arriving to check-in), so not terrible at all.
I'll continue to drive to the Fairhope location for all of my lab needs! Additionally, my results are always posted to my online portal in a timely manner & they send an email update letting you know when they're ready.”
