“This is the anti-franchise UPS store. It is a truly family-owned and operated business (once I got some good tech advice from the Lynn and Vinny Overy's teenage son, who was helping out with some collating) with all that implies -- helpfulness, support, friendliness, genuine interest in their customers. But that's not why you come here; you come for good quality, reasonably priced copying and printing, and Duplicator delivers. I have had nothing but excellent experiences here, and they are just so easy to deal with. Instead of getting exasperated if you tell them you need your posters an hour ago, they laugh and say they'll see what they can do. More likely than not, they will find a way to get it to you in a timely fashion, even if it means interrupting their schedule or working overtime.”

“Today we brought a very heavy and unwieldy box that needed to be returned to Amazon. The young lady that looked like she weighed barely 100 pounds offered to assist my wife to carry it into the store. She ACTUALLY CARRIED IT IN BY HERSELF AS MY WIFE AND I LOOKED ON IN TOTAL AMAZEMENT. ? She was moving so fast that we didn't catch her name. Great service and we thank you for that!!!”
