“We had rented a storage unit for a 2 bedroom apartment's furniture at another location, but for some reason there was no storage unit when we got there. We had a large truck full of furniture and nowhere to put it.We've rented trucks here before so we called this location looking for a unit and Cassie very quickly and happily went out of her way to help us out. She got our truck return switched to this location and did everything she could to make things easy for us!She was a pleasure to work with and we will gladly rent trucks or storage here again!”
“Excellent service ? she stayed late for us on a Saturday when she was closing down, and I called last minute in a pinch to rent a trailer for the next day. I can't thank her enough for her politeness and accommodation when she was the only one working! She walked us out and helped hook up the trailer and gave all the information we needed to drop off. I will definitely use them anytime in the future.”
