For whatever reason it wasn’t available yet customer hadn’t returned. Ms.Tonia placed a call and had us on our way rather quickly. “I can’t say enough great things. Check in was so easy and fast. The staff helped attach the trailer to our vehicle. We were quickly on our way. Once we realized the items we were moving would fit in our Tahoe, we drove back and had the intention of dropping off the trailer. We were offered a full refund when that’s not what we had expected at all. We had planned on paying full price because we rented it and had it in our possession about an hour. What great customer service, and it was delivered with a smile. Highly recommend this location!”
