I took my phone in because it was turning off and would not stay on. They said it could not be repaired. They wanted me to purchase a new phone but I wanted to wait until I used my insurance. I called back the next day to ask if they would give me something in writing saying the phone could not be repaired. The woman remembered me and was going to help but her manager said she could not. She gave me an 800 number to call to get the statement. I stayed on hold for 30 minutes and the woman told me she would have to transfer me because that was the number for home phones and internet. I called the store back and she said that was the only number she had for cell phone support. I told her these people had not even seen the phone. I never got transferred or any help. This store is just there to sell phones and not to help service them. I pay an expensive monthly amount and they cannot even give me support when I need it. I had to get help from another cell phone repair store that does not even get paid for my service! I am very disappointed in how this store is managed!

Went to AT&T yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. We were met at the door by Cody and he took the time to listen to what we wanted and what we needed!

Drove an hour right after confirming that an item was in stock...that's why I called first so i wouldn't have to waste an hour there and another hour back. I got there and they didn't have it. While I was on the phone the guy said, "don't show up at 7:50" (they close at 8) so I rushed as to not inconvenience them and got there at like 7:05. Wish they had been as considerate of my time.

It was great I was waited on when I walk thru the door I give him a 5 answered my questions they were so helpful in changing my phone and getting my brothers set up got a good deal too

I was told by att to go to a corporate store and they could update my phone I got there and waited in line just for the ASSociate to try to up date my phone the same way I or anyone else would try and be rude in telling me there was no update so I played the voice message from AT&T to him but b yet he was still demanding thank you AT&T for all the trouble I got 1 more year than back to Verizon.

As I stepped into the mystical realm of the AT&T store, I felt like Alice tumbling down the rabbit hole into Wonderland. The fluorescent lights flickered like fireflies, guiding me toward the gadgets galore. The air was filled with the scent of silicon and dreams.
Navigating through the aisles, I encountered a band of tech-savvy elves, clad in blue and white, ready to bestow upon me the secrets of the digital universe. Their incantations of “upgrade” and “data plan” echoed in my ears, transporting me to realms of unlimited connectivity and boundless possibility.
But alas, amidst the enchantment, I stumbled upon a maze of cords and chargers, reminiscent of Medusa’s tangled locks. Bewildered, I sought solace in the sanctuary of the customer service desk, where a wise sage in the guise of a sales associate patiently untangled the threads of my confusion.

I called the store and spoke to one of the employees and let’s just say customer service is not what it used to be. I will be glad when I can converse with the manager we dealt with previously. He was way more professional and polite.

Gotta say Christian was extremely helpful when we showed up. Can't recommend a better place to go to. Definitely go in person instead of dealing with online or over the phone help with AT&T.

When we first got there it was one customer in front of me and as we waited until next representative to help us he wanted to help other customers that came in after us. Sorry this is a pathetic excuse for service. Need to do better than what they are doing. Don’t even deserve one star and only reason why I gave one star is because I had to hit at least one to share my opinion. This was the AT and T in Florence Alabama located in front of mall off of Cox Creek Parkway.
