“I had to take my maxima in for service because it was doing some odd things… windows would roll down randomly. The guys at the service department listened to all my concerns. I received updated calls promptly throughout the day and they even had the problems solved by the end of the day. This is not my first time to use this service department. They have always been professional, kind and keep me updated. I highly recommend this service department.”

“As an older single woman, having a dependable car is important to me. I recently took my car into Vick’s Automotive for an oil change and a tire rotation. While performing those, they noticed that a belt was warn and could become a problem. They were able to replace it right then. They also noticed a pattern of wear on the tires and recommended an alignment and took care of it. While I was waiting, they offered to adjust the air conditioning temperature if I was uncomfortable and offered me a bottle of water.
I really appreciate the care and attention they provided.”

“Thought I was having a transmission problem and took it in to them. after the wait from them having a decent customer base, they quickly diagnosed that the problem was not in the transmission and the problem was in the oil system. They changed it, slapped new filters in and it runs great.
Was expecting a multi thousand dollar charge, happily drove away with it being under 300.
10/10 I'll go back if somthing goes wrong with the transmission.”

There's a lot that goes on at Garner-Pierce Autos that customers don't realize. Satisfaction may not be a word I'm looking for but it fits. Just like Elmer Kieths boots got some like'em Kieth.
I've had no issues out of any vehicle I have bought or traded. Honest, quick, clean, honest sums it up. When I mean clean cars , it's all done by the man to far left of staff picture sorry I'm not good with names. Props to you Kieth said you were worth every penny, he told me so. An I've seen it myself.
