“So far its pretty good. The inventory was clean and nice. The app. Does not give you information that I feel is pertinent to having before you go to get the car. Certain debit cards they not take; for example, they do not take any of the popular banking platform cards such as Venmo and Cash App. Nor do they accept cash. So be sure to have all your money in one Break and mortar bank with a debit card attached.If you plan to rent a car from Enterprise. That wasn't that big of a deal , but it was very inconvenient. I do give props to customer service at the Florence location. I had partial cash for the payment and the associate was very nice and accommodating and gave me a ride to deposit the money. Lets keep it real , I was renting a car because mine is in the shop. I had a friend drop me off with the expectation of leaving there with a vehicle. I'm grateful that they were willing to make such a move for me today and I was I able to leave in a 2025 Toyota Camry with no other problems after that.”

“Excellent car rental place - we rent a car here every time we fly in from Charlotte and it is always very seamless, provides a clean and reliable car, and friendly service. On this last trip, I accidently reserved my rental at the wrong location a few hours from the location closest to the airport I intended to reserve. “As a last ditch effort to find an extended SUV for our yearly beach trip, I called Long Lewis, to my surprise, they allow towing on their rentals cause taking our boat is a must!
I'll just say this, the whole process was perfect and almost too good to be true. We requested an extended suv and on pick up day, they had us a very nice expedition but regular length. I'm not sure how they worked it out but by the time I finished my running in town they delivered an extended Navigator to our driveway before we had to load up and leave! This made our trip very enjoyable and stress free vehicle wise. Last but not least the price and value was very impressive!
I will definitely be using LL rental from now on and highly recommend them for any rental needs.”
