I called 6 days earlier, made a reservation and showed up as planned only to be told no cars available. And that was after waiting for 10mins at the door with no one there to help! NON RELIABLE

What an incompetent location and front-desk man. Incredibly rude and had no idea how to do his job. Requires a ridiculous amount of “proof of identification” (like a utility bill or passport) that I have never personally had to show at any other rental car company.
