“Went this morning to rent a trailer to pick up some stuff for my store.
The young man (sorry don't remember his name) at the counter was SUPER friendly, got me in and out so fast.
The 2 ladies that had to hook up the trailer for me (policy i guess) were very efficient and got me setup very quick.
And when I returned this afternoon Butch was very nice and joked around with me while we were dropping the trailer.
I've rented from MULTIPLE uhaul corporate facilities and this was by far the best experience I've had”
“There could not possibly be a better storage unit service in the area. As a representative for a company who utilizes their storage units, I frequent this establishment and 100% of the time, they are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and they keep the whole building, restrooms included, pristine and highly presentable. It is climate controlled and therefore is always a nice escape from the terrible heat during the summer, as well as a guarantee that the items in your unit will never be exposed to unsuitable temperatures regardless of the outside weather. Additionally, they have implemented a motion detection system connected to their lights in an effort to conserve energy. When movement is detected, the lights for the specific area you are walking through illuminate. After a period of time during which the system detects no movement, the lights turn off and the building goes dark. Moreover on this, rather than movement causing the system to turn every light in the building on, it turns on only the necessary lights in the section in which you are moving. I cannot imagine having our company in any other storage unit facility. recommend this company. 6/5 stars!”
“I rent a Penske truck at least twice a year, and they are always amazing! The trucks are clean and work great every time. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's really easy to book a truck in person and online, and the prices are good too. Just make sure to make a reservation well in advance of the you need it.”
