Went up to the office to question about why I got charged, got told I would have a refund by the end of the week and I still don’t. I went Sunday. It’s Friday. “They need to make sure the trailers are better well kept because the locking mechanism kept jamming on me and it was really rusted. Being that it also hooks up to your vehicle putting light in the trailer as others do such as Penske would be helpful when loading at night. Other than that it was wonderful would always refer to the Florence location for storage and U-Haul needs.”

“Incredible service! Most places have been shut down because of the snow and ice. I pulled up after they had closed for the night and a guy pulled up next to me to let me know where to park. Then he said here I’ll show you and was kind enough to let me follow him around and point out where they park the trucks then he offered a ride to the front of the storage to drop off the truck keys. All of this after quitting time and just as nice as he could be. What great service, thank you so very much.”
