The CVS pharmacy on Florence Blvd has poor customer service. They fill your prescription when they get ready to even if you call ahead of time. The stay short staffed. They have attitudes as soon as they pick up the phone. If I could send my prescription elsewhere I would.

My mom has arthritis and has on file that she needs the easy open bottles and they frequently give her bottles she can't open. So frustrating

Uncaring pharmacist who works there. Now he left my aging, sick parents hanging because they were fixing to close. I honestly wish they'd fire him. He won't even look at you while basically telling you to take a big flying leap.
