I came in looking for a certain brand of shoes I always get and the sweetest lady came up to help me .. I explained to her I am a diabetic nurse with long hours on my feet. I wear the same shoes everyday between work, walking, running, gym etc. Well, Miss Doris was like no baby you need these shoes right here and showed me a pair of Oasis Orthopedic shoes. I thought well I’ll try them on what could it hurt and WOW!! ? I had chills that is how wonderful these shoes feel! She took time to look at my feet to say I had a low arch and which one is better for my feet. This lady needs a raise! I am loving my shoes! I just want everyone to know she knows what she is talking about. Her personality shines! She absolutely made my day and I will be seeing her the next time I buy a pair of shoes. My mother lives in another state and will be buying a pair of the same shoes Monday when a new shipment comes in. Thank you again Doris for all you did you’re wonderful!!!! If you’re looking for a good pair of shoes or socks go see her.

Had a horrible customer service experience today. Came in to inquire about golf club re-sizing and was passive aggressively spoken down to. Hopefully this employee has a better day tomorrow...

Showed up about 12pm maybe a little later. Knew exactly what i was looking for. A man by the name Clopton approached me asked if i needed assistance. He was extremely nice and proffesional moments later i asked about a brand of fishing rod and reel i had never used. He talked a little about the rod and reel. He was very knowledgeable . His customer service skills were excellent this man definitely deserves a raise. You dont see people like this anymore most are just kids trying to up sell you.but hes the real deal. For future visits on fishing supplies ask for Clopton

I did a good bit of my Holiday shopping at the Florence location. Tra was excellent in his ability to take care of multiple customers while also offering top-notch service. Every location needs a Tra! Great customer service and excellent selection. Will be shopping here again!

My husband and I went in to purchase a set of kayaks Daniel, Dylan, another employee I didn't catch his name were very helpful. Daniel was very prompt we already knew what we were getting based on online shopping/research but he was right there just as soon as we walked down the aisle. It was a very seamless purchase. Daniel stayed inside to help our family member with another kayak purchase Dylan and the other guy helped us load our 2 up. All 3 guys were super helpful, courteous, and customer centered. They weren't condescending like some outdoor store employees are towards women. We appreciate all the help from all involved even when our family member was "difficult" (she changed her mind several times).

If you purchase a firearm and you get delayed because their computer system is acting up or nics is acting up you cannot pick it up after the typical 3 day open period like most places. Delays are understand considering the volume but it's the Field and Stream policy that makes this really bad.

Both times Ive been in this store I was checked out by the same employee and her name is Grace Ann...I can't say enough good things about her! She greeted us when we walked in and asked us if she could help us find something and that was so nice because I was not familiar with this location. She signed me up for rewards points and was so patient and helpful during my chaotic return that took what seemed like forever. She thanked us for coming in and told us to come back. Most ppl working in retail are there for the paycheck and wont do anything extra to help a customer so im very thankful Grace Ann took the time to help me. I appreciate you!!

Called this morning and was told I could fill a CO2 bottle up for a kegerator and when I arrived I was told they could not and would not do it. It’s just aggravating to be given the wrong information and then wasting time when I could have just gone elsewhere in the first place
