His constant desire to improve his skills as an instructor and coach made me want to put all three of my children in his youth programs. My husband also saw what a difference his programs were making and began attending. We are a Fit Family and thankful for it!”

“Was traveling through and needed a place to work out and this place has the right vibe. Called the owner who was super nice and accommodating and was able to use the gym for a couple hours for $10. There is 2 entrances to this place. The outside entrance is in the alley, which adds to the vibe.”
