The lying and organization… honestly the most pathetic service I’ve tried dealing with in a long time!! HARD to even call the store!!! I DONT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES THAT OPERATE LIKE THIS!! Told them since nobody there is on the same page, cancel the sale and I’ll cancel their new Credit Card!! I won’t be back!!

Truly I wish you guys would buy more American made parts. Installing a bath tub drain, the threads won't properly seat to the American made couplers. I know I can speak for most by saying this, but American made products bring more satisfied customers... just saying
