Had a couple of items to pick up. There are no issues finding them. The couple of staff asked if I needed help, gave directions to the aisle I needed, and was super friendly.

Great place to shop , had to get some tubing cut and the plumbing associate didn’t waste any time. Also had to get help at self checkout and there was an associate on the scene there also !

Very disrespectful staff. Prices are almost double from home Depot. Had Santa stand-ups at 300 bucks and can buy the exact same one for 200 at home Depot. Ask sales associate about inflatable and he pointed to where they were. Had 2 Santa stand-ups. One white and one black. Had white Santa covered with merchandise and when I asked why he said that's where they told me to set up. I said well everything should be seen he said like I said this is where my boss told me to sit up. I told him he was rude and I wouldn't buy anything from that store. He said well that's your choice. Will NEVER go back into Lowe's

Asked for assistance, employee said not his dept. Then got on walkie for correct person ,the reply was " it will be awhile I'm with another customer. That's all well and good but why did the walkie employee offer assistance??? Had to find it myself. I know about short handed but come on be TEAM!
