Curbside pickup is simple and helpful. Glad they still offer that option.

I have been calling there store for a week straight over a $300 refund, it seems there workers are incapable of answering the phone! Nor do you ever revive a call back they will just have you on hold for HOURS and never pick up, I’ve even tried calling different hours of the day and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through with them! You’ll have better luck frying an egg in the sun.

I'm disappointed in Lowe's. I just opened a credit card account with them and thought I'd use it to buy a table for my patio. It was outside in the garden section and already had a hole in it. I was told it was from someone looking at it. I got home and opened it up and it was full of white maggots. Finally seen a dead mouse. So I had to clean and sanitize the whole thing. When I go to a place like this and pay with my money that I worked hard for , I don't want to have to clean and sanitize stuff.

Absolutely the largest Lowe's I have been to, and very very nice, Avoid Saturday's,unless you enjoy huge crowds,self checkout lines. And employees with fingers in the butts watching people struggle checking out.
