“Our company had a new multifunctional copier installed and the print color required calibration. A service call was initiated on Friday and a technician arrived within a couple of hours. After an hour of working to diagnose the issue, the technician was unfortunately able to resolve it and shared that either he or another team member would be back. Another technician arrived first thing Monday morning and resolved the issue.
