Deposited $1600 in the ATM and the message on the screen said “ATM error” and that the machine was “keeping the deposit for safe keeping. I didn’t need anything to keep my money for safe keeping, because I am not a child. It was safe in the front pocket of my blue jeans before I deposited the cash. I couldn’t even believe what I was seeing. So the ATM kept my cash and didn’t deposit anything into my account. My receipt also sai there was an ATM error. This happened at night, so I called customer service the following morning early. They said the had to investigate the incident and that the deposit would take 4 days for it to get deposited into my account. This was a cash deposit as I said earlier. Even two of their supervisors in customer service said that it was wrong to do me this way. Still don’t know if I will even get the money deposited and have lost all confidence in their level of customer service. I am scared to even make a cash deposit there any more. Their customer service is a joke. Don’t bank here. They won’t taken care of things even the mistake is on their end. Again, DON’T BANK WITH TRUIST!!!

The employees at the Cox Creek location are very helpful & professional. Most of the negative reviews are about the downtown location which was closed years ago.

My business with Truist - Cox Creek Pkwy has been met with knowledge and friendliness. Ms. Wright had offered me options for maximizing my return that I was not aware of. It is unusual to find people that take pride and are familiar with their products. Thank you.

I come here weekly and the costumer service is incredible. All of the staff are super kind and helpful. I also got my friend to open an account here and the process was super simple and easy and the lady clearly explained all of the different options.

Held a check that I could have cashed today is my major negative feed back, closed down the downtown location didn't tell any of their members one of my customers is even upset with it and thinking of changing banks, I put more money into the account than that check was for an they are holding it for 7 days an refuse to cancel the transaction so I can cash the check. Don't waste your time trying to even get a 100 dollar loan.

Rude as usual. Stopped banking at SunTrust years ago because of this. Only reason went to visit because family member was going to give me birthday gift. Out of town so no way to give me a check to be able to get money today. Would not talk to family member on phone to get all information needed to give me the money. Family member has banked there for as long as I can remember and has thousands of dollars in there account. Would not allow her to give me money because I wasn't on her account. I am sorry but if I want to give someone money from my bank account that has thousands of dollars in it and I am a long time customer I should be able to do it. My money SunTrust not yours. Her money excuse me not yours SunTrust, Truist whoever you are. Take care of your customers, that's the only reason you are in business. The CUSTOMER. There is a reason there rating is 2.4 stars.

The atm at the downtown location and the one by target NEVER works! It always spits my deposit out. So frustrating! Literally makes me want to change banks! Also, the target location’s drive thru takes forever - as in almost 10 minutes per car!

cashiers are moving in their own pace and doesn't seems to know what to look for and where to click .. it took 15 minutes wait time plus another 15 minutes when i get to the counter for a simple cash deposit! 2weeks ago i went to the drive thru to make a cash deposit on a weekday it took 2 day's before it's cleared and my cash available to me..why? it says pending ..i think cash deposit should be available for you to use immediately!!

Worst customer service I have ever received. My card was compromised this past weekend and I was not notified at all! The only way I found out is because I tried using my card to get some coffee, come to find out it had been compromised!! Not one phone call, text, email...nothing!! I went in to this branch to have a replacement card sent out. I was told it would be expedited and should expect it on Thursday, nothing came in the mail. Called the branch, gentleman wouldn't let me finish what I was trying to ask before he rudely transferred me to customer service. Once I explained what happened I was informed that there was never an order sent for a replacement card. So now I have to wait another week before I can even get a new card. Luckily I don't have any bills coming out until later this month. Otherwise Id be in trouble! I could go to the bank and withdraw cash but I am at work during their business hours and I dont have time to stop in. Also, I called and left a message with the branch manager and NOTHING!!! I have been with this bank for close to four years. Seems customer service has fallen through the cracks with this merger. I'll be switching banks soon and I advise anyone to do the same.

We evacuated during Irma from Brunswick, GA. The hotel we stayed in double charged us. We went to the Cox Pkwy Branch and if it had not been for their kindness and willingness to help us, and trust me this was a time consuming preocess, we would not have made it.The hotel had our account in a mess. We were tired, limited on funds, had no idea if our home was still standing etc. This staff felt like family. When Brian completed the process and i got in my car, i set there and cried. I thanked God for those employees that comforted us and was truly concerned about us and went that extra step for us. God bless that staff.
